General Information

  1. What are your hours of operation?

    • We offer 24/7 access (3:00pm - 5:00am the following day) for members. Staffed hours for personal training and golf lessons are 5:30am - 3:00pm.

  2. How do I become a member?

    • You can schedule your appointment on our contact page to come in and visit our gym during staffed hours. Membership options vary based on access and services.

  3. Do you offer a trial period or guest passes?

    • No, we do not offer a trial pass. Please contact us for details and availability.

Membership and Access

  1. What does a membership include?

    • Memberships can include 24/7 access, use of golf simulators, personal training and golf lessons. Specific details can vary by memberships.

  2. How does 24/7 access work?

    • Members receive an access code to enter the gym outside of staffed hours.

Personal Training

  1. How do I schedule a personal training session?

    • You can schedule a free consultation with one of our trainers via our contact form on this website, where you will discuss your goals, limitations and schedule.

  2. What qualifications do your personal trainers have?

    • Our trainers are certified professionals with expertise in both fitness, golf-specific training and rehab protocols.

  3. Do you offer group training sessions?

    • Yes, we offer both one-on-one, partner and group training sessions. Partner sessions can be scheduled with your trainer, group training session times are located in our Services Tab.

Golf Lessons

  1. How can I book a golf lesson?

    • Lessons can be scheduled via our contact form or by speaking with our golf instructors. Lessons are seasonal from November - March.

  2. What is the difference between a golf lesson and a golf clinic?

    • Private lessons are one-on-one with a focus on individual skills, while clinics are group sessions covering various aspects of golf.

  3. Do you provide equipment for lessons?

    • We provide some equipment, but it’s best to bring your own clubs if you have them.

Golf Simulators

  1. How can I reserve time on a golf simulator?

    • Reservations can be made through our contact form. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability. 

  2. Are there any restrictions on simulator use?

    • Simulators have time limits based on membership, and only include the driving range.

  3. Can I use the simulators outside of staffed hours?

    • No, simulator use is only available to schedule during staffed hours.

Additional Services

  1. Do you offer any nutritional advice or services?

    • We offer basic nutritional advice and can refer you to specialized nutritionists if needed.

  2. Are there showers available?

    • Yes, we provide a single bathroom with a shower for our members' convenience. Please keep showers timely to ensure the bathroom is accessible for other members.

  3. Can I bring guests or family members?

    • Guests are allowed during your training session, but may need to pay a fee. Guests are not permitted during unstaffed hours.

Policies and Procedures

  1. What is your cancellation policy for personal training or lessons?

    • Cancellation for services require 12 hour notice. Cancelations for 24/7 Open Gym require written notice on or before the 20th of the previous month. If you are on the Monthly Rate for sessions, you will need to ensure that you can make up your canceled session within the month of purchase. They do not roll over into the next month. Please refer to your trainer for more information based on canceled sessions.

  2. What happens if I lose my access code?

    • Contact us immediately. 

  3. Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

    • We occasionally offer promotions for new members or referrals. Make sure you are enrolled in our emails to receive our lates updates.
